This is the first song I ever made. I had an assignment in art class to create a mixed media video and a soundscape to play over the top of it. I completely fell in love with GarageBand. A the time I was listening to a lot of ambient music and when I got home from school downloaded the GarageBand app on my phone. I recorded my vocals with my apple headphones mic and then I put one of the headphones inside the guitar to record the instrumental. I also played a small Sesame Street bell piano which you can hear throughout the song. I made this song in under 30 minutes and then showed my sister and her friend to check it wasn't too horrible. After that I completely fell in love with making music in unconventional DIY ways.
